Level Select:
When the SEGA logo appears, hold down C. When the title screen pops up, keep C held down and make a circular motion with the controlpad - starting at the up position and working your way around in a clockwise direction. You should hear a noise if the cheat's worked. Now press START and you can begin on any level you like.
