Level Select:
Simply pause the game and press A, B, and C together. Then press Up and Down to get a level select.

Infinite Shurikins:
Go to the Options screen and select the "Shurikin" sound. Then, choose 0 Shurikins. After a while the two zeros to signify the number of Shurikins you have will turn into an infinity symbol. You'll now have infinite Shurikins when you start the game.
