Play Landmaster in Battle:
Get a medal in venom.

Get medals in all levels.

Turn (almost) off the Radar:
You do this on Multiplayer. When using the tank or the guy, you are off. When you using the Arwing, fly as close to the ground as possible.

Select Expert on main game and go to TRAINING.

Cheats:
You can have the EXPERT MODE , the TANK in VERSUS MODE and Sound test. All you have to do: Earn all 15 medals;You have to kill:

150 in Corneria ,200 in Meteo , 150 in sector X , 50 in Fortuna , 150 in Katina 150 in Aquas , 150 in sector Y , 100 in solar , 250 in Zonness , 150 in titania 150 in Macbeth ,100 in Sector Z , 150 in bolse , 300 in Area 6 and 200 in Venom + You have to keep all your friends alive.

In EXPERT MODE , get all the medals and you can try your caracter on foot and you will have a new title screen.

Expert in Versus mode:
You just have to select the Expert mode and go in Versus mode.
