Cheat Code:
In the old version,do OIVAIZMIR to have the DEBUG mode. In the Windows '95 version,type PRISCILLA to get the Debug mode. In these 2 versions,type GILMARTIN to get a miltitary base. Also in the Windows '95 version , do FUND and get a bond of 25% interest. Type CASS(CASH?) to get $250.If you type Cass to much time ,you will get a fire storm . (I do this cheat when i start a city.)
